For 53 years now 'Spyder' Joe Burke (he's got LONG arms) has been boxing, going to the gym to hit the bags and dance in the ring. When I photographed him he was one of the oldest active Golden Gloves boxers, and proud of it!
In addition he's the CEO of a major insurance firm. And will quickly tell you "boxing's great practice for business!"
