Dominion Power (NYSE: DOM) has power stations across the mid-Atlantic US. Most of them are coal-fired, as is the one in Halifax, VA. Anthony Farrior moves 100s of metric tons of coal every day, from Dominion’s own rail line to huge steam power generators.
